Ladies and gentlemen, loyal fans of Android and Motorola, here is the design, technical specifications and price of the new generation of the Motorola Moto E3 Power. Let's find out what characterizes it to see if, like its predecessor in 2015, will win the trust and hearts of many users looking for an economical and functional smartphone!
Lenovo announced the third in the Moto E smartphone series, which had so far indicated Moto E 2016, but the company seems intent on calling Moto E3, always leaving out the suffix Motorola, which seems to start now on Sunset Boulevard. So here is the new Moto E3, which actually looks really like the twin Vibe C2.
Moto E3 Power Design
The Moto E3 Power offers a design quite similar to the previous generation. Frontally, it reveals a 5 inch display surrounded by a thin frame. At the top of the front panel are space speaker, camera and sensor for selfies, while below locates the speaker. The physical buttons are placed all along the right side.
Located on the body instead of space, at the top, the section dedicated to the camera and, just below, the logo of the brand. The Moto E3 Power is a low-end device that offers a simple look and a body that appears to be made of plastic.
Moto E3 Power Hardware
It certainly does not hit the line for its trendy design, but rather aims to offer a good quality to price ratio. The hallmark of the new generation are a 5-inch screen with HD resolution and 294 ppi that promises a clear view photos and videos and should withstand splashes.
To animate the device we find a 64-bit MT6735p quad-core processor running at 1.0GHz joined by Mali T720 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory expandable up to 32GB with microSD mosque. With regard to the photographic industry we are frontally a target of 5MP, while on the rear shroud a 8MP accompanied by LED flash.
To keep alive the device is a 3500 mAh battery that, according to a statement by the brand in the press, it should ensure independence day. To turn on the Moto E3, in terms of software, Android 6.0 instead Marshmallow.
Lenovo does not specify either the processor or RAM, but given the fact kinship with Vibe C2, and the price, do not harbor too many doubts on the use of a MediaTek CPU, accompanied by a single gigabyte of RAM. The battery in return earns 50 mAh compared to the aforementioned C2, but hardly the difference will be felt.
Moto E will also have a built-in smudge-resistant screen protector, whatever that means exactly, and it is easy to think that, as the old models, will resist to the sprays. The design instead draws partly on new Moto G, and no great surprises are in store.
