Pizza is a type of bread and tomato dish, often served with cheese, that has existed since time immemorial in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. The term pizza first appeared in a Latin text from the southern Italian town of Gaeta in 997 AD, which claims that a tenant of certain property is to give the bishop of Gaeta 12 pizzas, every Christmas, and another 12 every Easter.
Cheese topped Chicken Pizza Recipe:

1 cup water
2 tsp dry yeast
3 cups flour
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
2 cups chicken
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cheese
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Dissolve the yeast and baking powder in a tbsp of warm water, mix until a paste. Add paste and salt to flour and knead into a soft dough using enough warm water. Allow to rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Shape it into a bowl and roll. Now put in microwave. Spread butter in the corner and close it with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes till the base is cooked and fluffy. Remove and allow to cool.
Toss the chicken in half of the the sauce. Microwave for 3 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly coated and the sauce has reduced slightly and become thicker. Spread remaining sauce over pizza crust. Top with chicken, cheese and onions.
Place the pizza in a pan and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame till the cheese melts or until crust is crisp and golden.
Sprinkle cilantro over pizza before serving.
