Banana Kiwi Smoothie Recipe With Yogurt


The kiwifruit is a cross between two varieties of the fruit of Actinidia chinensis, which was cultivated in different parts of China and that was selected for the first time in New Zealand in 1977. The whole fruit is conical in shape, the skin is colored light brown, with little fluff. The pulp, once opened, is juicy, yellowish, and its taste is sweet with a pleasant sour aftertaste. The taste is that of a mixture of other tropical fruits, such as mango and melon.



Kiwi Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

10 kiwifruits
1 pineapple
2 peaches
1 banana
2 strawberries
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lime



Method:

1. Peel the kiwis and cut into small pieces. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in water.

2. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a kiwi.
