How to Make Cream Caramel At Home Without Oven

Cream Caramel is an energizing dessert, which is a somewhat laborious preparation. So make sure you have enough time available. The cream iced coffee also provides for the use of ladyfingers, that for those who love the tiramisu remember a meeting of sublime taste! Get yourself a pair of bowls, one mixer, a strainer, a couple of pots and bowls in which to serve the cream.


1 tbsp dark roast coffee
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup caramel syrup
1 tsp chocolate powder
Ice cubes


Mix the cinnamon with the coffee and add it to boiling water. Add the caramel syrup and stir well until completely dissolved.

Pour the milk into a small glass. Add coffee mixture, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and ice cubes into a blender.

Pour into a glass, add the rest of the ice cream and sifted chocolate powder on top.

Crème Caramel Recipe


Scald milk: ½ litre
Whole raw eggs: 4 pieces
Full sugar: 4 tablespoons
Vanilla essence: little
Nutmeg powder: little
Caramel (hot) to make coating at base of the custard cups


Caramel: Heat sugar in butter till it melts and pour the caramelized in the custard cups. Line the cups with a bit melted butter and set aside.

Break the eggs and pour into the scalded milk. Add the sugar, vanilla essence and nutmeg powder. Mix till the sugar melts thoroughly. Now strain it and pour into the cups. Cover with aluminum foils. Put the cups on a baking tray with some water in it. Cook in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees. Serve chilled.
