Badam Milk Recipe

Prep Time: 30 mins ♥ Cook Time: 20 mins ♥ Total Time: 50 mins ♥ Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

2 cups milk
1 cup almonds
1 cup pistachios
1 tsp cardamom powder
Few strands of saffron
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp rose water


Method

Blanch the almonds and pistachios, peel and cut into thin slices. Grind to a smooth paste.

Soak saffron in warm milk for 15 minutes. Bring milk to boil

Add sugar, cardamom powder,  rose water and, almonds. Let it simmer on slow flame for a minute. Stir well

Pour into tall glass from a height.

Serve chilled/warm.
