Dark Chocolate Parfait Recipe Easy


Brownies are definitely America's favorite. It is hard to believe That they began Their life in Sears, Roebuck and Co. catalog over 100 years ago (1897). Brownies are so named because of their dark brown color, not because they contain chocolate. In fact, the first did not even contain chocolate. The Brownie recipe calls for butter, sugar, molasses, egg, flour, and pecan. Brownies has evolved over the last century. Today, there are recipes for plain brownies ("cakey" or "fudgy"), with nuts, or without, ones with cream cheese, flavored ones.
That are coffee, or fruit flavored, there are caramel flavored brownies, mint brownies, peanut butter brownies, rocky road brownies, blondies and even that have butterscotch brownies, not chocolate flavor. But the one thing they all have in common is that they are wonderfully rich and chocolately. Brownie recipes are divided into two categories; "cakey" and "fudgy" with both having their advocates. No matter which type you prefer, brownies have that wonderful deep chocolate flavor that few can resist. You can eat them warm, at room temperature, or even cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.


 Brownie Parfait Recipe 

Prep Time: 30 mins ♥ Cook Time: 20 mins ♥ Total Time: 50 mins ♥ Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup oats
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chocolate powder
1 tsp baking powder
8 drops cocoa liquid
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp water
1 cup yogurt
1 cup whipped cream
1 tsp banana extract
1 tsp cinnamon


Recipe Method

Mix the pumpkin, egg, cocoa, chocolate, baking powder and cocoa liquid, oil and water in a small bowl.  Microwave for 1 minute.

Stir together the yogurt, cream, banana and the cinnamon. Set aside.

Layer yogurt, brownie pieces, and bananas in a glass, alternating until you’re out of each.
