The term "yogurt" comes from the turkish "yoÄŸurmak" (which has the meaning of "mix it with a tool") and in fact, it is believed that they were in the ancient Turkic peoples spread throughout the West. 4 cups milk
3 tsp sugar
4 tsp raisins
1 cup curd
1 tsp cardamom powder
Pour milk into a glass bowl. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix it. Put the bowl in the microwave and heat it for 10 minutes. Allow the milk to cool down.
Add the curd to the lukewarm milk. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a terracotta or clay pot and put a lid over it and keep in a warm place. Now cover the container with a warm cloth and leave overnight.
Once set, decorate it with raisins and store the completed yogurt in the refrigerator and allow it to chill before eating.
